Today SCH AONB volunteers and GeoSuffolk cleared faces of an overgrown Red Crag pit situated on private ground between Alderton and Ramsholt. It may be viewed from a public footpath and shows the classic contrast between the red geology and the green botany, well-loved by many Suffolk people. Thank you to all the diggers and clearers.
